Kursus Peningkatan Profesionalisme Institusi Pemimpin Kampung Dan Masyarakat Negeri Johor

This course was organized by Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor and Akademi Perkhidmatan Tadbir Negeri Johor, in collaboration with Johor Business School (JBS), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). It was held at Trove Hotel, Johor Bahru for 3 days from 24th to 26th June 2024.

This course is one of the alternatives to equip village leaders and communities in Johor State with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage and motivate their teams, as well as to assist in carrying out their roles and functions effectively.

The participants consist of 35 village leaders and community members from Johor State, 2 invited speakers from Akademi Perkhidmatan Negeri Johor, and 5 academic staff from UTHM as speakers.
