Kam Siang See, holding dual roles as HOD Logistics at Acson Malaysia and Senior Manager of Business Development ASEAN, graduated from the MBA@UTHM program in February 2023, boasting an outstanding CGPA of 3.87. Pursuing a program aligned with career aspirations, Kam found the MBA@UTHM’s rigorous curriculum perfectly tailored to enrich business acumen and strategic thinking.

The comprehensive year-long program provided an immersive learning environment, extensively covering diverse business disciplines and emphasizing practical applications through case studies and simulations.

Rizaldi Mu’min, a recent UTHM MBA graduate boasting an impressive CGPA of 3.86, showcased remarkable proficiency in Data Mining for Business and Strategic HRM courses. Garnering the Best Paper and Speaker accolade at the 2022 MBA Symposium, Rizaldi actively engaged in moderating discussions at the MBA Industrial Talk and contributed significantly as a committee member in the Bangkit Usahawan Training program.

Demonstrating robust leadership, Rizaldi skillfully directed a team to select an Effective Machine Learning model, adeptly delegating tasks and motivating members. Notable communication finesse was evident through numerous presentations and academic publications, while analytical acumen was sharpened through strategic marketing planning and efficient ERP system implementation for diverse companies.

Confident in applying these acquired skills, Rizaldi eagerly anticipates leveraging analytical, leadership, and communication abilities to address forthcoming business challenges.

Mohd Azmi Hashim completed an MBA program specializing in Data Management at UTHM within a year, from March 2022 to March 2023. Balancing this rigorous academic pursuit with his role as Senior Demand Planner at Lyondell Basell Malaysia in Batu Pahat, Johor – a demanding position in supply chain management—Azmi excelled.

The renowned MBA program at UTHM, tailored for professionals, provided him with unmatched flexibility to synchronize studies with his professional commitments. The modules not only enhanced his leadership, data processing, and management skills but also fortified his adeptness in cross-level communication within a multinational context.
