Overview
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) has a tradition of producing graduates with high technical skills. Our Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme aims to provide an integrated and relevant knowledge of business management and technical management. The programme is designed to produce graduates who are able to think critically, ethically and perform systematic analysis of complex problems, as well as provide economic solutions that are socially and environmentally responsible.
Our Master of Business Administration (MBA) has received the Full Accreditation (FA) from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) under code MQA/FA 10711.

Admission Requirement
Local Applicant
We invite local applicants to apply for the MBA program at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. Our university offers a supportive and conducive environment for academic growth, along with a wide range of activities designed to enhance the student experience.
Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with honours in a relevant field and a minimum (3.00 ≤ CGPA) , without work experience; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree with honours in a relevant field and those not achieving a CGPA of 3.00 (CGPA < 3.00) can be accepted, subject to a minimum of work experience in the related field. One (1) year of work experience is equivalent to 0.1 GPA; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree with honours in a relevant field and a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not achieving 3.00 (2.5 ≤ CGPA < 3.00) can be accepted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment conducted and endorsed by the Faculty’s Graduate Studies Committee; OR
- Applicants without qualifications in a related field or without related work experience, or both, must undertake and PASS prerequisite courses specified by the faculty. Applicants need to achieve a minimum grade of B and meet the minimum CGPA based on the admission requirements mentioned in 1 and 2.
- This programme also accepts students through APEL.A T-7 for those who do not have a bachelor’s degree, in accordance with the criteria set by the MQA.

International applicants who have graduated from universities in Malaysia are eligible to apply for exemption from the English Language Proficiency requirements.
International applicants who have graduated from universities in designated English speaking countries may also be exempt from the requirement.

Application Method
