DR. ABD RAZAK is senior lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the Faculty of Technology Management and Business where he has been a faculty member since 2002. He is university entrepreneurship subject and industry relation coordinator and Technobiz head research focus group. From 2003-2008, and 2018-2019, he Panel Held and Lab Head for Technology Management and Business Management department, and Faculty Industry Practicum coordinator.
He obtained his PhD Degree (Management-Rural Entrepreneurship) in 2019 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He hold Master of Technology Management (Technology) from UTM, 1997 and Bachelor Degree of Economics (Hons) in Economics Statistics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1990.
Prior coming to UTHM he was Assistant Statistician Officer at Johor State Treasury Office and executive officer at Johor Corporation for eleven years industry experience.
His research interest and expertise are in the field of rural entrepreneurship, general entrepreneurship, SME business management and economics statistics. He has published Scopus-indexed journal and conference proceedings since 2010 and involved in research grants at the university and national level.
