ASSOC. PROF. Dr. MAIMUNAH ALI is an Associate Professor at Johor Business School. She has an 18 years experience in teaching and learning at higher education institution. Prior to joining UTHM, she was a lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Skudai for 8 years. Her expertise include Economics, Finance and Econometrics.
She obtained her 1st degree in Economics from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 1991. Her 2nd degree is a Master in Business Administration from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff (now known as Cardiff University) and her PhD qualification obtained in 2013 from Brunel University, London.
She also has financial experience working in Pelaburan Johor Berhad Capital, a subsiadary of Johor Corporation for 3 years.
