JBS Strengthens International Academic Collaboration Through CSR Programme ELEVATE 2026
BATU PAHAT, 22 June 2026 – Johor Business School (JBS), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), successfully organised the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme: Empowering Learners and Educators through Vision, Adaptability, Technology and Excellence (ELEVATE 2026) in conjunction with the International Academic Mobility Programme involving Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) and Komunitas Dosen Multidisipliner Indonesia (KDMI).
The programme was held at Tunku Tun Aminah Library (PTTA), UTHM, bringing together 83 students from Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Tun Hussein Onn (IPGKTHO), 71 lecturers and PhD students from UNJ and KDMI, as well as 20 staff members and MBA students from JBS UTHM who contributed as programme facilitators.
ELEVATE 2026 aimed to empower learners and educators through meaningful knowledge exchange, collaborative learning, and community engagement. Participants took part in interactive group activities focusing on real-world challenges related to the digital era and technological advancement.
Through these activities, participants explored various case studies, developed innovative solutions, and presented their ideas, fostering critical thinking, teamwork, creativity, and adaptability among future educators and academic communities.
The programme also served as a platform to strengthen international academic partnerships between UTHM, UNJ, and KDMI, while highlighting the importance of collaboration in preparing learners and educators to navigate future challenges.
JBS UTHM extends its appreciation to all parties involved, including UNJ, KDMI, IPGKTHO, PTTA, UTHM, facilitators, and supporting teams for their valuable contributions towards the success of ELEVATE 2026.
