JBS PhD in Business Candidate Receives Best Paper Award at QRC2026

Johor Business School (JBS), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), proudly congratulates Afizah Abdul Jalal, a PhD in Business student, on receiving the Best Paper Award at the 7th International Qualitative Research Conference 2026 (QRC2026), held at Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Her award-winning paper, entitled “Adapting to Digitalisation: A Qualitative Exploration of Small- and Medium-Cluster Cooperatives in Peninsular Malaysia,” explores an important and timely area of research, particularly in understanding the challenges and adaptation of cooperatives in response to digitalisation.
